Reach response indicator
When filtering through the inbound emails, there is no indicator that tells you if someone has already opened and/or responded! It would be good to also know/have a category of "waiting for response" of emails we have responded to.

filter performance metrics by flight
recipients typically receive 3 emails; enable the dash top display performance metrics (emails sent, opens, replies, out of office, bounced, unsubscribed) by 'flight' ie 'email 1 in a sequence of 3, email 2 in a sequence of 3, etc'

onboarding workflow for new customers
When scaling a product onboarding is often the leakiest part of the funnel; if onboarding can be made seamless then conversions rise, often significantly; a good exemplar for onbording is the 'progress workflow' methd where a new user is led along a series of actions, at each stage is prompted to the next action, reminded both in app and via email to complete, and given pop-up tutorials to drive completion, and often incentivised to complete (see zapier, apollo and other tools for examples)

Email body in webhook data
In the _replyreceived event of webhooks, we should have access to both the initial email body which was sent by the emailSender, and the email body of the reply received from leadEmail. For other events, we should see the email body of the email sent by the emailSender. This helps with automating processes that depend on the email content, such as sentiment analysis.

User Engagement Breakdown
The ability to seen an overview of prospects who are more engaged than others, for example: User A has opened an email 6 times User B has clicked calendly link 3 times but not booked a meeting Could then have the ability to send a sub-sequence email or end the sequence and email directly.

Make dropdown stack rank by chronology
Camaign flight dropdown (ie one which defines which campaign data is rendered in the dash) does not appear chronologically ordered? Chronological order would be the logical way to stack rank campaigns

Aggregated view of data
Currently we can only see data at the 'campaign flight level' eg RebelDot, UK + IE/Seed - C(RD-UK-FUND) level; a view of all data (emails sent, repies, bounces, etc) that aggregates all campaign flights within a specific time period helps understand overall performance

example: Konux; in Enterprise campaign for RebelDot we targeted "Tim Flower / UK Account Director tim.flower@konux.co.uk" Use case: this person is not a decision maker; the decision makers are in a different country so would not be included in the Apollo audience (Germany); the company profile is excellent (engineering led, AI proposition (AI is difficult/expensive to hire for in W Europe in 2024, just raised $79m Series C) Can we create a feature that enables tagging of companies of interest whose decision-makers will not have been targeted in the original campaign This is not the most common use case but impact could be high

sent emails is not filterable by uniques; uniques allow a better understanding of funnel metrics eg how many uniques across campaigns deliver 1 calendly, or 1 reply
